Alternative cafes are totally a thing of today,with smashed avo,exotic smoothies and gluten free granola weaving their way onto quirked menus across Sydney. Whatever happened to KISS?
Chaos is not short of their own quirks with artsier chairs and a decor which is full of colour but they abide by the rules of not over
complicating and doing things well. All I asked for was poached eggs, salmon, avo and tomato but in turn, I received a breakfast masterclass,divinely presented.Everything I ate was cooked and prepared perfectly which makes me think other cafes can learn a lot from Chaos simply by being simple. Keep It Simple, Stupid? I hope other brekky joints are listening.
